The silhouette remains the same, while elements like the spoiler, taillight housings, roof rails, shark fin antenna, and traditional door handles are also seen in the rear section. Major changes to the exterior
Mahindra is expected to introduce a new front grille, redesigned bumpers, new LED DRL signatures, and updated headlight designs in this facelift. These changes will attempt to balance the Scorpio N’s strong “Big Daddy” appeal with modernity. The SUV’s road presence and rugged DNA will remain intact.
The interior and features will be more premium.
The new Scorpio N facelift will feature a more modern interior. It is expected to feature a larger touchscreen infotainment system, a fully digital TFT instrument cluster, and the largest panoramic sunroof ever.
The audio system may now feature a premium Harman Kardon setup instead of Sony. Additionally, the 6-seater version may also feature features like ventilated seats and ambient lighting for the second-row captain chairs. Safety will also be improved, with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) features now available in more variants.
No major changes to the engine and performance
The engine options for the Mahindra Scorpio N facelift will remain the same. It will feature a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine that produces 200 bhp and 370 Nm of torque, while the 2.2-liter turbocharged diesel engine produces 172 bhp and 370 Nm of torque.
The SUV will continue to offer both manual and automatic transmission options, and the 4WD configuration will remain. Some reports also suggest that the company may offer an upgraded diesel engine option from the XUV700, producing 185 bhp and 450 Nm, which will further improve performance.
