Power and performance

If you like the performance of the Ninja 300, you will get the same in the Versys-X 300! This bike is powered by a 296cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine, which now complies with OBD-2B emission norms. This engine produces 40hp power and 25.7Nm torque, which is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Also, a slip and assist clutch is provided, which makes riding easier in the city congestion.

Design

If we talk about its design, the Versys-X 300 is an adventure-style bike, which has a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. This setup is quite good for off-road riding. Talking about the suspension, it has a 41mm telescopic fork (130mm travel) and monoshock (148mm travel). The ground clearance is 180mm, which is perfect for Indian road conditions.

Features

Talking about the features, it has a digital-analog instrument cluster, gear position indicator and dual-channel ABS. However, some people may find this feature list basic, especially when compared to the KTM 390 Adventure.

Price

The Versys-X 300 is priced at ₹ 3.80 lakh, which is ₹ 12,000 more than the KTM 390 Adventure (₹ 3.68 lakh). The KTM bike has a single-cylinder 373cc engine that produces 43hp of power and also has more features (such as TFT display, riding modes).
