Kia Carens Clavis EV Booking Details
Kia India has opened bookings for its locally produced first electric 7-seater MPV — the Kia Carens Clavis EV. Customers can pre-book the car by paying an advance of ₹25,000, either at the Kia dealerships or through the website.
Battery Range and Variants
Carens Clavis EV is equipped with two battery pack variants — 42kWh and 51.4kWh. The smaller 42kWh battery provides a range of 404Km on full charge, whereas the bigger 51.4kWh pack gives a range of whopping 490Km. It’s both apt for day-to-day driving and long-distance trips.
Price
The Clavis EV is being provided in four trims – HTK Plus, HTX, HTX ER, and HTX Plus ER. The price starts from ₹17.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Customers have a broad selection depending on features and performance.
Color Options
The electric MPV also comes in six color options: Ivory Silver Matte, Aurora Black Pearl, Pewter Olive, Glacier White Pearl, Imperial Blue, and Gravity Grey. These colors give the car’s exterior a trendy and premium look.
Performance and Design Enhancements
Kia Carens Clavis EV accelerates from 0 to 100 Km/h in 8.4 seconds. It has a new front grille, aerodynamic alloy wheels, and a slim LED light bar, all of which are new design features. They make the car look fresh and bold.
Interior and Features
The vehicle is also fitted with dual 12.3-inch displays, ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and a premium Bose audio system. These features make long family drives comfortable and tech-savvy.
