Electric two-wheelers are heating up in India and TVS has stepped forward with a fresh option in its iQube lineup. A brand new 3.1 kWh variant has been added to give customers more choice. This variant offers an IDC claimed riding range of 123 km on a single charge, making it a practical pick for city use.

Features and Safety Upgrades

This new iQube brings hill hold assist as standard, which will make starting on slopes safer and easier. TVS has also worked on the interface, giving it a refreshed UI and UX to make the riding experience smoother. Buyers will see new colour options too, with Pearl White, Titanium Grey and two dual-tone choices, Starlight Blue with Beige and Copper Bronze with Beige. This colourful range is sure to attract those who want a stylish scooter with useful features.

Battery and Range Choices

TVS now offers a total of six variants under the iQube badge. The 3.1 kWh battery is aimed at balancing price and practicality. Other options remain available, including the iQube S, which features a slightly bigger 3.5 kWh battery giving a range of 145 km. The price for this S variant is Rs 1.09 lakh with a five-inch TFT screen, or Rs 1.17 lakh with a seven-inch screen. For riders who need to go even further, the iQube ST comes with a 3.5 kWh pack priced at Rs 1.28 lakh.

Top Range and Price

Those who want maximum range without stopping to charge will look at the iQube ST variant with a 5.3 kWh battery, which covers a certified 212 km on a full charge. This top-end model costs Rs 1.59 lakh ex-showroom. All these choices help TVS target different segments of electric scooter buyers.

Market Strategy and Reach

With more than six lakh units sold already, TVS iQube is an important part of TVS’s electric plan. The network has expanded to 1,900 touchpoints across India, helping customers get easy service and support. By launching the 3.1 kWh variant, TVS aims to fight tougher competition from Ola, Ather, Bajaj, and Hero’s Vida brand.

Sales Growth and Updates

This launch follows TVS’s steady updates to the iQube. Previous improvements included new dual-tone paints, backrest updates, and battery tweaks. In May, TVS also made changes to the S and ST trims with slight boosts to battery capacity and riding comfort. All these efforts show that TVS wants to stay ahead as more people switch to electric two-wheelers.
