5-Star Safety in Bharat NCAP
The Hyundai Tucson has received a 5-star safety rating from Bharat NCAP, and it is among the safest SUVs in the nation. It scored 30.84 out of 32 for adult passenger safety. In the frontal crash test, it received 14.84 out of 16, and a full 16 out of 16 in the side crash test. All these scores point to Tucson’s excellent safety structure.

Hyundai Tucson comes in two trims—Signature and Platinum. It comes with two engine types: a 2.0-litre petrol and a 2.0-litre diesel. The petrol engine comes with 154 bhp power and 192 Nm torque, which is coupled with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The diesel one has 184 bhp power and 416 Nm torque and comes mated with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Both engines are designed to drive smoothly and provide hard highway performance.
