Price and Variants

The 2026 Ducati Multistrada V2 starts at a price of Rs 18.88 lakh (ex-showroom). Besides the standard variant, there is also a better-specced Multistrada V2 S version priced at Rs 21 lakh for the Ducati Red shade and Rs 21.3 lakh for the Storm Green shade. This bike will be available at all authorized dealerships starting today. These prices make it a prestigious option in the premium adventure bike segment.

Design

In terms of design, Ducati hasn’t changed much. Not that it needed to, as the Multistrada family has emerged as one of the most recognizable and sought-after offerings in the premium adventure tourer segment. The MY26 version remains instantly recognizable as a Multistrada. It features a compact fascia, a reworked LED headlight design, new LED DRLs, a pronounced front beak, a chiseled 19L fuel tank, muscular tank shrouds that also provide protection, a tall windshield, and a redesigned exhaust canister, establishing an attractive aesthetic.

We can also see a glimpse of its aluminum monocoque frame which has contributed to the weight-saving benefits. This design is like the work of a mature artist – where every line has its own special significance.

Weight Reduction

The 2026 Ducati Multistrada has shed 18kg of weight, with the base Multistrada V2 weighing 199kg (without fuel). This reduction has a tremendous positive impact on the bike’s performance and handling. Both variants get the same 890cc 90-degree V-Twin engine producing 115 bhp of power and 92 Nm of torque, and it’s paired with a 6-speed gearbox. This weight reduction is like an athlete shedding unnecessary weight – making them faster and more agile.

Features and Technology

The 2026 Multistrada V2 S is packed with features. The base Multistrada V2 gets everything mentioned below except for the sophisticated suspension. It includes an aluminum monocoque frame, 19L fuel tank, Ducati Skyhook suspension, electronically controlled Marzocchi fork and shock absorber, 19″ front and 17″ rear aluminum rims, Brembo braking system, Pirelli Scorpion Trail II tires, latest-gen electronics, 5″ TFT cluster, riding modes, power modes, full-LED headlights, Ducati Multimedia System, cruise control, and a USB socket on the dashboard. These features are like a mobile command center – from where you can control everything.
