The favourite SUV of the Indian car market, Kia Seltos, is soon going to knock in a new avatar. This SUV, which has been seen many times during testing, is likely to come in a hybrid version, which will offer a great mix of strong mileage and modern features. Let’s know what changes can be seen in this new Seltos.
The new look of Kia Seltos
Kia Seltos, which is known for its stunning design and strong performance, is now preparing to come in a hybrid avatar. Many new changes will be seen in this SUV, which was seen during testing on the roads of Denmark.

Change in design
The Kia Seltos seen during testing was covered with camouflage. But, despite this, it is clear that the lighting setup, DRL, front grille and bumper will be updated in the new Seltos. Along with this, triangular shaped refreshed tail lamps and new alloy wheels are also likely to be given.
Modern interior
The spy shots coming for some time show that the cabin of the new Seltos will be more advanced than before. The company is going to offer many useful features like ergonomic seats with dual-tone format, orange inserts for a sporty look, updated headrests, USB Type-C port and utility pockets.
The new generation Seltos can also be given a 30-inch Trinity display taken from Syros. It includes a 12.3-inch infotainment and instrument screen and a 5-inch fully automatic AC control. Talking about other features, existing features like panoramic sunroof, 8-way power driver seat, ventilated front seat, dual-zone automatic AC, 360 degree camera, standard 6 airbags and ADAS will remain intact.
Engine and mileage

The biggest change in the new generation Kia Seltos will be seen in the form of a petrol hybrid engine. To keep it an affordable SUV in the Indian market, the company will introduce hybrid technology with the existing 1.5-litre petrol engine. This hybrid engine will be able to deliver a mileage of around 28 km/l.
Price
The prices of the 2025 Kia Seltos, which will be launched by the end of this year, will also increase. After the addition of hybrid technology and new features, this popular SUV will become a bit expensive. However, it will emerge as a better option for those looking for a car with great mileage and low emissions.
