Dev Deepawali 2025: Kartik Purnima is considered very special in Hinduism, and it is believed that on this day, Lord Shiva killed a demon named Tripurasura. It is believed that fasting and donating, along with prayers, on this occasion bestow the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi and bring prosperity to the home. Do this remedy on Dev Deepawali
On the occasion of Dev Deepawali, make 11 Shivlingas from clean clay and then perform Jalabhishek on them 11 times.
Raw cow’s milk should be offered to the Shivlingas.
On the occasion of Dev Deepawali, worship of Lord Hanuman should be performed.
Consider performing the Abhishekam of the Shivlinga daily, chanting the Om Namah Shivaya mantra. Starting with Dev Deepawali, this remedy should be performed every Saturday and Monday.
