Delhi Government to Offer This Gift
The Delhi government is preparing to offer a major gift for Holi. It has decided to provide direct financial assistance to eligible families. Previously, it also provided a significant gift for Diwali. This year, ₹853 will be transferred directly to bank accounts on Holi. You can refill your gas cylinder at your convenience.
There will be no middlemen involved in this amount. The amount will be informed via SMS to the mobile number linked to the bank account. If you don’t receive the SMS for some reason, you can check your balance by visiting a bank branch.

According to a report, over 1.7 million families in the capital, Delhi, will be eligible for this benefit. Importantly, this assistance will be provided if your home has a pipeline gas connection. People living in slums will also be eligible.
UP Government to Provide Free Gas Cylinders to Women
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has provided significant relief to poor families during Diwali and Holi over the past few years. The state government has provided free gas cylinders to women who received gas connections under the PM Ujjwala Yojana on Holi.
Economically weaker rural women benefit directly. This provides relief to people’s kitchen expenses. Only those whose names are linked to the government’s free gas cylinders will be eligible for the benefit.
