CTET 2026 Paper 2 Exam : Central Board of Secondary Education published an essential announcement for all candidates who took part in CTET 2026 Paper 2 examination. The board postponed the examination for affected candidates because operational issues at several Bihar exam centres created problems which could damage the examination process.
The reason for CTET Paper 2 rescheduling
On 7 February 2026 CTET 2026 Paper 2 was conducted at exam centres throughout India. The exam functioned correctly at most centres except for two locations in Vaishali district, Bihar which experienced operational issues. The examination started late because the question papers arrived after their scheduled time which created the main problem.
TheCBSE announced a new exam date to the affected students after cancelling the exam session at these centres because it would have created an unfair situation for the candidates.
