Platform
The new Mini Duster will be built on Renault’s Modern CMF-B platform, which will also be used in the third generation Duster. Two versions of this platform will be LS and HS.

Renault can use the LS version to keep costs under control. This will also keep the car strong and the price will also be within the reach of customers. This strategy is considered to be the most effective today.
Size and space
The Mini Duster is expected to be larger than the Kiger. It will be wider and taller, and its wheelbase may also be longer. This will directly benefit cabin space. Rear passengers will have more legroom and improved boot space.

Engine
If we talks about its engine, the Mini Duster can be brought as an ICE model at the moment. Renault can offer a 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine, which will come with both manual and automatic gearboxes. Apart from this, the CNG version is also likely, as the demand for CNG trains in India is increasing rapidly.

Features
Renault Mini will also not compromise in features. It is expected to have advanced safety features such as ventilated front seats, panoramic sunroof and Level 2 ADAS. With these features, this SUV can give a tough competition to not only Nexon, but also Hyundai Venue, Kia Syros and upcoming new Compact SUVs.
