NEET PG 2025 Counselling Result: Big news is coming for thousands of doctors waiting for admission to medical PG courses. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is scheduled to declare the seat allotment result for the second round of counselling for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 today, December 16, 2025. Candidates who participated in this round of counselling will be able to check their results through the official website mcc.nic.in.
Increased Seats:
In good news for the candidates, the number of seats has been increased. Recently, the committee added 135 new seats to the second round of the counselling process. With the previously announced 32,080 seats, the total available for allotment in this round is now 32,215. This increase enhances the chances for many candidates to get their preferred college or specialisation.
NEET PG 2025 Counselling Result: How to download the Hall Ticket
1. First, visit the official website mcc.nic.in
2. On the homepage of the website, click on the “PG Medical” section.
3. Under the “Candidate Activity” section, go to the “New Registration 2025” link.
4. Enter your NEET PG roll number and password.
5. Click on the “Round 2 Counselling Result” link, and your status will appear on the screen.
6. Take a printout for future use.
Reporting to the College: Candidates who are allotted a seat in this round must prepare for the next steps. If candidates accept their allotted seat, they must report to the assigned college. The college joining and reporting process will be conducted between December 17 and December 25, 2025.
During reporting, candidates must bring their documents to verify their eligibility at the college level. After the successful completion of this process, the session classes in medical colleges are also expected to begin soon.
