FasTag New Update: If you travel on the highway, you must have a FastTag card. Traveling without it can be challenging. Recently, the government made a major announcement for FastTag users. This announcement clearly states that you must complete KYV (Know Your Customer) verification. The government has implemented this rule to prevent fraud and ensure the correct identification of FastTag tags on all vehicles.

Why is KYV Necessary?

KYV stands for Know Your Vehicle (Know Your Vehicle). This process ensures that your FastTag is installed on the correct vehicle and is not being misused with any other vehicle. If you fail to complete this process on time, your FastTag will stop working and you will have to pay double the toll fee at the toll plaza.
