Royal Enfield Scram 650 – Royal Enfield widens its 650cc model in 2025, and the Scram 650 will be one of the most enticing products in this line-up. The cruiser will have a neighbourly sportier cousin in the form of the ever-popular Scram 411, offering the balance between thrust and attitude brought by twin-cylinder engines with scrambler styling. Expected Launch Date
The Scram 650 has been testing in India for quite some time now. Spotted prototypes give away that the bike is nearing the date of debut for production. As industry reports say, Royal Enfield will probably be disclosing this motorcycle sometime between June and September of 2025. Now, while the company is launching bikes for the 350cc and 450cc segments, Scram 650 was given priority by the fact that there is hardly any competition in the scrambler category for 650cc bikes. Thus, it will now become the least expensive twin-cylinder scrambler in India.
Engine Specifications
For the Scram 650, the very same 648cc parallel-twin engine fitted in the Interceptor and Continental GT will find a home. This engine is widely recognised for its refinement and mid-range power across countries. This in Scram 650 could be tuned a tad and give much better low-end torque, befitting a scrambler riding style. Output is expected to be around 47 bhp and 52 Nm, so it feels perfectly smooth in city riding and effortless cruising on the highway. The other features of the ride will even have a six-speed gearbox, slipper clutch, and buttery smooth acceleration.

Design And Features
In terms of design Scram 650 will be an upright adventure-inspired scrambler. Riding position is going to be comfy, suspension travel could be a bit longer, while there’ll be dual-purpose tyres to give confidence over rough surfaces. Primary commuter bike but weekend trail mill, enhanced with LED lights, a digital cluster, good brakes, and a nice seat, is highly user-friendly. A premium feel to bikers comes from the twin-cylinder exhaust note.
