Kia Vision Meta Turismo: There are some concepts in the auto world, which at first glance make it clear which direction the brand is going to grow in the coming times. Kia’s new Vision Meta Turismo Concept is also similar to futuristic and brehtaking creation. After a small teaser on social media, the company officially introduced the concept in its 80th anniversary event. This model not only honors the Golden Touring Era of the 1960s, but also gives a glimpse of Kia’s upcoming future design and technology vision on the other hand.
Exterior Design
Kia Vision Meta Turismo is a concept prepared in a coupe-SUV form, presenting the brand’s United design language in a new way. Its design philosophy clearly strikes a great balance between sharp angles and smooth aerodynamic lines.
First appears on its elongated bubble-like roofline, which offers a unique silhouette extending beyond the B-pillar, starting from front windscreen. This design not only gives the car a sporty stance, but also adds elegant portions.
Rear section is also the same bold in which crisp angular LED taillights, dual LED roof strips and studded LED accents above the diffuser give it a spaceship-like look. Large wheels with sculpted side skirts and black hubcaps further enhance its aggressive personality.
Interior Design
The interior of Kia Vision Meta Turismo is a beautiful example of minimalism. The entire cabin makes the glasshouse so bright that the space feels very open and airy as soon as it sits inside. Two-tone interior theme gives distinctly separate feel to bothrows.
Its Driver information is projected under display windscreen, where AR head-up display is three different driving modes. Speedster, Dreamer, Gamer. Front passenger seat lounge is designed in relax mode position like chair. NVH reduction techniques and decluttered dashboard prepare a calming environment keeping in mind long journals.
Next-gen Kia Stinger
Kia has not yet confirmed whether Vision Meta Turismo Concept will take the form of the next generation of Kia Stinger. However, its four-door gran tourr layout and coupe-SUV portions definitely indicate that the brand wants to give futuristic shape to its iconic performance lineage.
The first-generation Stinger was a classic three-box sedan, but this time Kia could probably make a coupe-SUV performance tourer while doing a radical shift that would suit the choice of modern buyers.
