There is unparalleled satisfaction in the hearts of every Ram devotee. There is immense transcendental joy. Today is the final offering of that yatra. Its fire burned for 500 years. Today, the energy of Lord Ram is enshrined in the form of this Dharma Dhwaja on the summit of the magnificent Ram Temple.

PM Modi spoke of a centuries-old dream coming true

PM Narendra Modi said from the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram that today the city of Ayodhya is witnessing another moment of India’s cultural consciousness. Today, the entire India, the entire world is filled with Ram. Today, there is boundless joy in the hearts of Ram devotees. Centuries of wounds are healing. Centuries of resolve are being fulfilled.

Today is the final offering of that yagna, whose fire burned for 500 years. Today, the infinite energy of Lord Shri Ram’s sanctum sanctorum has been established. This Dharma Dhwaja is the colour of a beautiful awakening of history.

Its saffron colour, the glory of the Suryavansh dynasty, the glory of Ramrajya, is enshrined on it. This flag is a resolution; it is the language of accomplishment through resolution, it is the culmination of centuries of struggle, the embodiment of a centuries-old dream, and a proclamation of Ram’s ideals.

It is the saga of the spiritual practice of saints and the participation of society. This flag will proclaim the ideals of Lord Shri Ram; it will proclaim Satyamev Jayate. This flag is the inspiration of “life may be given, but promise should not be broken.”
