Bihar CM oath ceremony:- After the spectacular victory of NDA in Bihar Assembly Elections (2025), preparations are underway for the Chief Minister’s oath taking ceremony on 20th November at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. PM Modi, Amit Shah, Yogi Adityanath along with several Union Ministers as well as CMs and Deputy CMs of NDA ruled states will be present in this ceremony.

The countdown for the formation of the new government in Bihar has intensified. Nitish Kumar will take oath as the Chief Minister for the 10th time on Thursday morning at 11.30 am. The preparations for the oath taking ceremony are grand. Approximately 2-3 lakh voters from across Bihar will also be present.”

Nitish Kumar has left his residence for Gandhi Maidan for the swearing-in ceremony and will arrive shortly. Chief ministers and ministers from several states have already arrived on the stage. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has also arrived in Patna. He will travel from Patna Airport to Gandhi Maidan to attend the swearing-in ceremony.

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also arrived in Patna. VVIP leaders are gradually arriving at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. A cultural program is underway at Gandhi Maidan. Chhath songs are being played.

A high alert has been issued in the capital, Patna. Security is tight inside and outside Gandhi Maidan. Drone cameras are monitoring the entire Gandhi Maidan. Other security personnel, including the Special Protection Group (SPG), are on high alert to ensure no problems arise.

Nitish Kumar will be sworn in as CM For 10th time.
The swearing-in ceremony will be held at Gandhi Maidan from 11:30 am. Nitish Kumar will be sworn in as Chief Minister for the 10th time today (Thursday). Earlier, on November 18, 2025, a meeting was held in the Central Hall of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, in which Nitish Kumar was elected leader of the NDA Legislative Party.

The biggest news is that BJP leader Prem Kumar will be appointed Speaker of the Assembly. This decision was made based on his strong experience within the party, organizational strength, and reputation for leading the House. Fourteen MLAs from the BJP quota have been called for ministerial positions.
