Gold Price Today: Gold and silver prices also jumped in the domestic futures market on Wednesday. Gold and silver prices are expected to rise daily. This morning, gold with a December contract expiry was trading at Rs 1,22,884 per 10 grams, up 0.20 per cent on the Multi Commodity Exchange. Silver with a December contract expiry was trading at Rs 1,55,337 per kilogram, up 0.45 per cent.
Gold and silver prices are rising on November 19. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the cost of gold has increased to Rs 123,884 per 10 grams. Earlier this morning, the price of gold was Rs 123,448 per 10 grams. Silver prices have also risen to Rs 158,120 per kilogram. Previously, the cost of silver was Rs 156,300 per kilogram. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 999 purity gold is ₹123,884 per 10 grams. 995 purity gold is ₹123,388 per tola. 916 purity gold is ₹113,478 per tola. Furthermore, 750 purity gold is ₹92,913 per 10 grams. 585 purity gold is ₹72,472 per 10 grams. Silver prices have also risen to ₹158,120 per kilogram.
The prices released by the India Bullion and Jewellers Association are universally accepted nationwide, but do not include GST. It should be noted that when purchasing jewellery, gold or silver prices are higher due to taxes. The IBJA does not release rates announced by the central government on Saturdays, Sundays, or central government holidays.
