Check PNR via WhatsApp
A new feature has been introduced for rail passengers. You can now check PNR status via WhatsApp.

Now, open WhatsApp and go to the chat window of the chat box number.
Enter your train’s 10-digit number here and send it.

Check PNR via the IRCTC website
To do this, first visit https://www.irctc.co.in/.
After that, log in to your IRCTC account on the website.
Now, go to the booked ticket history and click on the ticket for which you want to check the confirmation.
Here, you will find the option to get PNR; click on it.
After clicking on this, your PNR status will be visible to you.
