Initial information indicates that the impact of the blast was limited to the vehicle. The blast in both Delhi and Islamabad originated from a vehicle. The Pakistan Army has reached the scene, where forces have been deployed. Army personnel are conducting searches of visitors.
The Islamabad Army believes the culprits will be apprehended soon, followed by strict action. Approximately 20 people were seriously injured in the accident. The injured have been hospitalised. The death toll may rise.
