UPPSC PCS Pre Result 2025 Released. There’s good news for candidates preparing for government jobs under the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC). The result for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (Preliminary) Examination 2025, conducted by the UPPSC, will be released soon. The exam was conducted on October 12, 2025, at designated centres across the state. Following the completion of the exam, the wait for the result will soon be over.
The Commission previously released a provisional answer key, allowing candidates to raise objections until October 25. The Commission will soon resolve these objections and announce the UPPSC PCS Result 2025. The Commission is now releasing the results, allowing candidates to check their scorecards and prepare for further preparation.

The UP PCS result will be released online only by the Commission. Candidates will be able to download it by visiting the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in.
The Commission will not send individual result information to any candidate. The result will be released in PDF format, containing only the roll numbers of successful candidates. After the result is declared, candidates can check their results by following these simple steps.
Result Checking Process
- First, visit the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in.
- Go to the “What’s New” section on the home page and click on the “PCS Pre Result 2025” link.
- Clicking on the link will open the result PDF file.
- Download this PDF and check the result using your roll number.
Candidates are advised to preserve the result PDF for future reference, as this document will be useful during the main examination.
Successful candidates will be eligible for the main examination.
Category-wise cutoff marks will also be released by the Commission along with the prelims exam results. Candidates who meet the cutoff marks will be considered eligible for the Mains examination. An interview will then be conducted, based on which the Commission will prepare the final merit list.
Candidates included in the final list will be appointed to a total of 200 vacant positions. These include positions in administrative services, police services, commercial taxes, revenue, and other departments.
