When will the December session exams be held?

IGNOU has released the revised datesheet for the December session exams. According to the new timetable, the December 2025 Term End Examination (TEE) will begin on December 1, 2025, and will continue until January 14, 2026. Exams will be held in two shifts

This time, IGNOU will conduct exams in two shifts.

  • First shift: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Second shift: 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

For some courses, the exam duration has also been extended to two hours.

Students are advised to carefully check the exam dates and times to avoid any mistakes or mismatches.

 

How to Download IGNOU Hall Ticket 2025

After the admit card is released, students will be able to download it using the simple steps below.

  • First, visit the official website, ignou.samarth.edu.in.
  • Go to the “Sign In” section on the home page.
  • Enter your username, password, and the provided captcha code.
  • Clicking the “Login” button will open your admit card on the screen.
  • Download it and print it out, and keep it with you.

Important Instructions

  • Candidates must bring a hard copy of their admit card with them when arriving at the exam centre.
  • Without the admit card, they will not be admitted to the exam hall, and such students may be disqualified from appearing in the exam.
