According to the Vedic calendar, Kartik Purnima will be celebrated on November 5th, 2025. The full moon will begin at 10:36 pm on November 4th and end at 6:48 pm on November 5th. Consequently, Kartik Purnima will be celebrated on November 5th, 2025.
Kartik Purnima Puja Method
On Kartik Purnima, one should wake up early in the morning, bathe, and offer prayers to the Sun God.
Following this, the temple should be cleaned, and the idols of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi should be placed on a pedestal with a clean yellow cloth.
Further, offer garlands of flowers to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi, light a lamp, and perform aarti. Mantras should also be chanted.
Following this, one should recite the Vishnu Chalisa and pray for happiness and peace in life.
Offer fruits and sweets to the deity, and distribute the prasad after the puja.
