Price and Variants

The ex-showroom price of the Scrambler Icon Base in India is ₹11,66,000, while the new Scrambler Icon Dark variant starts at ₹10,65,200. This bike is available in a total of three color options. Ducati has paid attention to every detail to make this bike premium and attractive for Indian riders.

Engine and power

Now, let’s talk about the engine. The Scrambler Icon is powered by an 803cc BS6 L-Twin engine, which generates 73bhp of power at 8,250rpm and 65Nm of torque at 7,000rpm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox, which also features an up/down quickshifter. To reduce the bike’s weight, Ducati has used a new frame, a new swingarm, and a lighter engine, resulting in a total weight of just 185kg.

Suspension and braking

The Scrambler Icon features a tubular steel trellis frame suspended by a USD fork and a preload-adjustable monoshock. The bike rides on 18-inch wheels at the front and 17-inch wheels at the rear, fitted with Pirelli MT 60 RS tires. Braking is handled by a 330mm disc brake at the front and a 245mm disc brake at the rear. Both brakes are equipped with ABS, enhancing safety and control.
