CAT 2025 Admit Card released. The date for the Common Admission Test (CAT 2025), which paves the way for MBA admissions to the country’s prestigious management institutes, the IIMs, has been finalised. This year, the exam will be held on November 30, 2025. Ending the wait for millions of candidates across the country, IIM Kozhikode will conduct the exam this time. When CAT 2025 admit card be released?
Candidates who applied for the CAT exam will be able to download their admit card (Hall Ticket) starting November 5. To do this, they must log in to the official website, iimcat.ac.in.
- First, visit the website.
- Click on the “Download CAT 2025 Admit Card” link.
- Enter your application number and date of birth.
- After submitting, the admit card will appear on the screen. Download and print it.
The admit card will contain the candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, exam date, shift time, exam centre address, and other important information. Candidates should note that they will not be allowed to enter the exam centre without the admit card.
CAT 2025 Exam Date & Schedule
CAT 2025 will be held on Sunday, November 30, 2025. The exam will be held at various centres in approximately 170 cities across the country. The exam will be conducted in three shifts to ensure equal opportunities for all candidates.
CAT 2025 Exam Pattern: Paper Structure
The CAT exam will have a total of three sections –
- Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC)
- Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR)
Quantitative Ability (QA)
The total exam time will be 120 minutes, with 40 minutes allotted for each section. Once the time limit for a section is set, candidates will not be able to change sections.
The paper will consist of a total of 66 questions, including both multiple-choice (MCQ) and type-in-the-answer (TITA) questions. There will be negative marking of 3 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark for each incorrect answer.
