E-KYC and Aadhaar-bank linking are mandatory to avail the benefits of the PM Kisan Yojana. Farmers who have not completed this process may face installment delays. Farmers can complete e-KYC through their bank or online portal. Additionally, if incorrect documents or information are provided during the application or KYC process, the payment may be withheld.

How to complete e-KYC?

Farmers can complete OTP-based e-KYC by visiting pmkisan.gov.in or visiting their nearest CSC center. Farmers must bring their Aadhaar card, proof of address, and a photocopy of their passbook to the bank for Aadhaar linking.
