8th Pay Commission: New Year gift! Salary hike and deduction updates for central govt workers

Everybody is eagerly waiting for the 8th Pay Commission. If it comes into effect, it will change the new pay scale, fitment factor, allowances, net salary, and more. If the fitment factor is 1.92 for grade pay of 1,800, 1,900, 2,000, 2,400, 2,800, 4,200, or 4,600, salaries will be adjusted accordingly. It is estimated that HRA (30%) and maximum TPTA or TA will be given in different sectors in X city. Now, let’s see the salary calculation.
