How to make custard rasgulla:

Prepare the custard:

Pour half a cup of milk into a bowl and add the custard powder, stirring thoroughly to remove any lumps.

Cook the milk and sugar:
Pour the remaining milk into a pan and heat over medium heat. Slowly add the sugar, stirring constantly until dissolved.

Add the custard:
Slowly pour the prepared custard mixture into the hot milk and continue whisking. Cook until thickened, making sure there are no lumps.

Add the rasgullas:
When the custard thickens, remove the pan from the heat. Add the chopped rasgullas and mix well.

Cool:
Cover the pan with cling wrap to prevent a creamy layer from forming on the custard. Once the mixture has cooled completely, refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.

Garnish and serve:
After the designated time, garnish the custard rasgullas with chopped nuts and small rasgullas and serve them chilled.

Tip: You can make it even more special by adding a little saffron tadka or pistachio-raisin garnish.

On Dussehra, not only burn Ravana in your home, but also double the happiness of your family and guests with such special sweets.
