NEET UG Counseling 2025: Registration for NEET UG Counseling 2025 Round 3 will begin on September 29th, organized by the Medical Council Committee. Students who did not receive admission in the first two rounds should apply within the stipulated dates. Students who participated in the first two rounds of counseling and did not receive a seat can now register for the third round of counseling. Registration can be done online through October 5, 2025, by visiting the MCC’s official website, mcc.nic.in
Choice Filling/Locking
Students must complete choice filling/locking along with NEET UG counseling registration. Seat choice filling can be done from September 30th to October 5th, and choice locking can be done until October 5th.

First visit the MCC’s official website, mcc.nic.in
Click on the New Registration link on the website homepage.
Now, log in to your account by entering the required information.
Pay the required registration fee and submit the form.
After submitting the form, take a printout for future use.
Eligibility to Participate in Round 3 Counseling
Students who registered for NEET UG Round 2 counseling but did not get a seat.
If your Round 1 seat was canceled during verification.
Allocated a seat in Round 2 but chose the upgrade option.
Allocated a seat but did not participate.
Final round counseling will begin on October 21st.
After the completion of Round 3 counseling, the second round counseling will be conducted. Students will be able to register, fill out, and lock choices for this round from October 22 to October 26, 2025. Seat processing for this round will take place from October 27th to 28th, and the results will be declared on October 29th, 2025.
