New Delhi: Every Indian is wondering when the first Vande Bharat Sleeper Express will begin its journey, sparking a flurry of speculation. The first sleeper train has successfully passed trials. The second train is expected to be ready by mid-October. The Railways plans to run both trains simultaneously during the festive season. Railway Minister Reveals Important Information
The Union Railway Minister has confirmed that the first Vande Bharat Sleeper Train has successfully passed all trial runs and tests. It is currently being assembled and parked at the Shakur Basti Coach Depot in Delhi. It has been designed with remarkable elegance. While no official announcement has been made regarding the train’s route, it could operate on the Delhi and Patna routes.
Most importantly, this train could provide significant relief to passengers during the election season. The Vande Bharat Sleeper Express is expected to be equipped with a number of advanced features. It will have 16 coaches, including AC First Class, AC 2-Tier, and AC 3-Tier. This train can carry 1,128 passengers at a time. The Vande Bharat Sleeper Express can reach a speed of up to 180 kilometres per hour.
These amenities will be available on the train.
