The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rains in several states. Heavy rains have been warned in the southern states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. In addition, the IMD has issued a warning of light to moderate rains in the next 24 hours.

The weather department has predicted clearing in Delhi NCR. The humidity and bright sunshine are causing discomfort during the day. The IMD has warned that people are experiencing severe heat in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurugram, Rewari, and Mahendragarh on Monday.
Similar weather is expected in Delhi NCR until the monsoon departs and winter sets in. Hot winds are expected in Delhi NCR. These winds are expected to blow from the northwest.
