If the fitment factor is 1.92, then the new salaries will be like this. For Label 1, the basic pay of ₹18,000 becomes ₹34,660. Adding HRA (30%) of ₹10,360 and maximum TPTA of ₹1,350, the gross salary comes to ₹46,267. After NPS + CGH of ₹3,706, the net salary will be ₹42,572.

For Label 2, the basic pay of ₹19,900 becomes ₹38,208. With HRA of ₹11,462 and TPTA of ₹1,350, the gross salary is ₹51,020. After ₹4,071 deduction, the net salary will be ₹46,949.

For Label 3, the basic pay of ₹21,700 becomes ₹41,664. With HRA of ₹12,499 and TPTA of ₹3,600, the gross pay is ₹57,760. After ₹4,416 deduction, the net pay will be ₹53,347.

For Label 4, the basic pay of ₹25,500 becomes ₹48,960. With HRA of ₹14,688 and TPTA of ₹3,600, the gross pay is ₹67,248. After ₹5,146 deduction, the net pay will be ₹62,102.

For Label 5, the basic pay of ₹29,200 becomes ₹56,064. With HRA of ₹16,819 and TPTA of ₹3,600, the gross salary is ₹76,483. After ₹5,856 deduction, the net salary will be ₹70,627.

For Label 6, the basic pay of ₹35,400 becomes ₹67,968. With HRA of ₹20,688 and TPTA of ₹3,600, the gross pay is ₹91,958. After ₹7,247 deduction, the net pay will be ₹84,711.

For Label 7, the basic pay of ₹44,900 becomes ₹86,208. With HRA of ₹25,862 and TPTA of ₹3,600, the gross pay is ₹1,15,670. After ₹15,931 deduction, the net pay will be ₹99,739.
