In this phase of elections, Bihar is soon going to get the gift of two new Vande Bharat Express trains. One of these trains will run to Ayodhya, which will make it very easy and convenient to go to Ayodhya from Patna and many cities of North Bihar. Both these trains will be run from Patna and will run via Muzaffarpur. The official timetable of both these trains will be released soon.

Patna to Ayodhya

The new Vande Bharat Express train is going to start soon between Patna and Ayodhya. This train will run from Patna and reach Ayodhya Cantt station via Pataliputra, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Bapudham Motihari, Sugauli, Bettiah, Narkatiaganj, Bagaha, Siswa Bazaar, Gorakhpur, Basti, and Ayodhya Dham. This train will cover a total distance of 565 km in about 8 hours. This will provide unprecedented convenience to the devotees and travelers going to visit the birthplace of Shri Ram.

Purnia to Danapur

The second Vande Bharat Express train to be received by Bihar will run between Purnia and Danapur in Patna. This train will start from Purnia and reach Danapur via Madhepura, Saharsa, Khagaria, Hasanpur Road, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, and Pataliputra. This train was recently announced by Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav in Delhi.

The timetable of these trains is not yet decided

Vande Bharat Express

At present, the timetable of these two Vande Bharat trains has not been officially approved. But, it is expected that these semi-high-speed trains can be flagged off before the upcoming assembly elections. It is worth noting that the Northeast Railway is already operating a Vande Bharat Express from Gorakhpur.

This train runs between Gorakhpur and Pataliputra via Bagaha, Bettiah, Bapudham Motihari, and Muzaffarpur. In the initial days, the number of passengers on it was less, but now the number of passengers is gradually increasing. The arrival of these new trains will revolutionize connectivity in Bihar, and passengers will get to experience fast and comfortable travel with state-of-the-art facilities.
