Gold Price Today: There has been a slight increase in the prices of gold and silver today, on August 13, 2025. The prices of gold and silver fluctuate daily. The rate of gold and silver increases daily. Sometimes the rate of gold is increasing rapidly and sometimes there is a slight decline. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-carat gold rose by Rs 387 to Rs 1,00,057 per 10 grams on Wednesday. Earlier, the rate of gold was Rs 99,670 per 10 grams.
At the same time, the price of silver has increased by Rs 1,537 today to Rs 1,14,850 per kg. On August 12, the cost of silver was Rs 1,13,313. So let’s take a look at the rate of 22 and 18 carat gold:-
What is the price of gold and silver?
According to the website of the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 995 purity gold on August 12 is Rs 99656 per 10 grams. Whereas, the cost of 916 (22 carat) purity gold is Rs 91652 per 10 grams. Along with this, the price of 750 (18 carat) purity gold is Rs 75043 per tola. At the same time, the cost of 585 (14-carat) purity gold is Rs 58,533 per 10 grams.
The India Bullion and Jewellers Association releases the rates of gold and silver from Monday to Friday. GST is not included in this. The prices are released by IBJA twice a day, once at noon and again at 5 pm. After the imposition of GST on gold jewellery, the prices have increased further.
