Vivo T4R 5G: Vivo is set to release its next T-series phone, the Vivo T4R 5G, in India on July 31. The company says it will be the thinnest phone in India with a quad-curved screen, with a slim design that measures only 7.39mm. Having already posted an elegant teaser, the company has begun hyping up what appears to be a fashionable, feature-packed mid-range phone.

Sleek Quad-Curved Display Design

The Vivo T4R 5G is unique in that it has a quad-curved screen, where all four edges of the screen curve slightly into the frame, providing an even more immersive and premium experience. The device is tipped to feature a 6.77-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. This is perfect for seamless scrolling and rich content watching. The lightweight 7.39mm thickness might just make it one of the most comfortable handsets to hold in 2025.

High-Power Camera Setup Supporting 4K Video

Based on leaks and the teaser poster, the Vivo T4R 5G’s rear camera module seems to look similar to the incoming iQOO Z10R. The phone is expected to have a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a secondary 2MP sensor, and a 32MP front camera. Amazingly, both the front and back cameras are said to be capable of recording 4K videos, a feature that is hard to find in this range.

MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Chip and Memory Options

At the back, the Vivo T4R 5G is said to be driven by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset. This mid-range chip promises good performance and power efficiency. The phone could come in two RAM options, 8GB and 12GB, which are said to be coupled with UFS storage for high-speed read/write and seamless multitasking.

Availability and Launch Platforms

Post launch, Vivo T4R 5G will go on sale through Flipkart, the Vivo India website, and offline channels. Although price details are to be announced, Vivo will obviously price this phone competitively, considering the premium design and excellent specs it offers.

Redmi Note 14 SE 5G competition

Interestingly, Vivo is not the only brand in preparation for a big launch. Xiaomi is also set to launch the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G in India. The phone will boast a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2100 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Both phones appear aimed at the upper mid-range segment and are likely to be fierce competitors during the upcoming sales season.
