Jharkhand Weather Forecast – Heavy Rain Alert Issued for Next 5 Days in 15 Districts

Jharkhand Weather Forecast: Heavy rain is currently being experienced across the country. Heavy rain has been falling in Delhi since this morning. Due to continuous heavy rain, there is a jam on the roads. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding heavy rain in some states of the country.

Talking about the weather of Jharkhand, there is a possibility of rain and thunderstorms in many areas on Wednesday (July 23). According to the Meteorological Department, the sky is expected to remain cloudy on Wednesday. In some areas, there may be light rain accompanied by thunder and lightning.

In the last 24 hours in Jharkhand, the highest rainfall of 39 mm has been recorded in Kolebira (Simdega). Jamshedpur has received 2.7 mm of rain, with sporadic rainfall in Ranchi. Here, 11 people have also died in the state due to lightning on Tuesday.

Heavy rain alert in these districts
The Meteorological Department has issued a forecast of heavy rainfall at many places in Jharkhand from July 24 to 28. It has been said that hefty rains may occur in the south-eastern parts on 24 July. The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert. A yellow warning has been issued due to moderate to heavy rainfall in the eastern parts.

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding heavy rains in East and West Singhbhum, Saraikela-Kharsawan, Jamtara, Dumka, and Deoghar of Santhal on 24 and 25. Apart from this, a yellow alert has been issued for heavy rains in many districts, including Ranchi, Simdega, Latehar, Lohardaga, Hazaribagh, Koderma, Ramgarh, Dhanbad, Giridih. Monsoon rains are happening intermittently. As soon as the rain stops, the sun comes out, and people become drenched in sweat due to humidity.
