Bihar Election 2025: The drum of Bihar assembly elections has been unofficially sounded, for which all the political hearts have started setting their pawns. The main contest in Bihar is being held between the NDA and the Mahagathbandhan. The round of allegations and counter-allegations among the leaders is also going on. Meanwhile, young Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar has made a big announcement.

On the question of contesting the assembly elections, he said that if the party asks, he is ready to enter the fray. Along with this, he said that he is also ready to become the gatekeeper of the war room. He said for Tejashwi Yadav that we have faith in him. Along with this, he also congratulated Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishore for his hard work. Kanhaiya Kumar contested the Lok Sabha elections from the Delhi seat in the year 2024, but had to face defeat.

Kanhaiya said the question of Bihar’s future.

During a program before the announcement of the date of Bihar assembly elections, Kanhaiya Kumar said that it is not relevant where we will contest. He said that he will contest in all 243 seats of Bihar. The question is not of personal future but of Bihar’s future. If the party says, I will contest elections, if the party says, I will campaign, I am also ready to become the gatekeeper of the war room.

On the question of not boarding the truck of Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav, Kanhaiya said that there is no need to make a fuss about it. There is no reason for RJD to be uncomfortable. Everything is fine. Kanhaiya has instead accused the BJP of fuelling this issue.

While talking to NDTV about all the political activities related to Bihar assembly elections, Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar said, ‘Where we will contest is not relevant. Kanhaiya Kumar has made a big claim about the strategy of the Mahagathbandhan in the Bihar assembly elections. All the parties are moving ahead rapidly in a bettercoordinatedn and organised form than last time. He said that the face of the CM of Congress is the 14 crore people of Bihar. RJD is the biggest party in the alliance, so it will have a CM.
