Indian automobile giant Mahindra, taking its electric vehicle revolution further, is all set to launch the XEV 7e electric SUV soon! This powerful electric SUV will be the electric version of the popular XUV700 and will use the advanced INGLO Skateboard platform-like models like XEV 9e and BE 6.

According to the pictures and information leaked online, the XEV 7e is expected to get many cool features and a real-world range of over 500 km, making it a powerful contender in the electric SUV segment. XEV 7e’s awesome design

You will get a glimpse of the regular XUV700 in the design of Mahindra XEV 7e, especially in the roofline and boot design. However, the front profile features a closed-off front grille and Mahindra’s illuminated logo that give it a distinct identity. It also gets uniquely designed star-pattern aero wheels and a lower front bumper.

The side profile features pillars and wheel arches similar to the XUV700, but overall it looks quite similar to the XUV.e8 Concept. However, compared to the XEV 9e, there are some significant design differences, especially in terms of the roofline. While the XEV 9e looks like a coupe SUV, the XEV 7e has a more conventional SUV-like profile.

Premium interior and amazing features

Talking about the interior of the expected to be heavily inspired by the XEV 9e. It will get a triple-screen setup, which may include an infotainment system, instrument cluster, and passenger display. Apart from this, it is also likely to get modern and powerful features like a 16-speaker premium audio system and Level 2 ADAS + (Advanced Driver Assistance System) suite.

According to the leaked pictures, the XEV 7e can be given a six-seater setup, unlike the XEV 9e. However, the company will also offer a five-seater variant as standard. The interior is expected to get premium materials and a futuristic design, which will make the driving and passenger experience even better.

Powerful battery and excellent range

The Mahindra XEV 7e is likely to get 59 kWh and 79 kWh battery pack options like the XEV 9e and BE 6, in which BYD’s LFP cells can be used. Even with the smaller battery, the real-world range of this SUV is expected to be more than 500 km, making it a powerful option for long-distance trips.

Being built on the INGLO platform, it will also have fast charging capabilities, which will allow the battery to be charged in less time. Although the powertrain specifications have not been officially revealed yet, it is expected to be capable of delivering strong performance.
