Heavy rain alert in these areas

The Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain in Kerala, Mahe, on April 7, i.e. today. A warning has been issued for light rain in Karnataka till April 8 and in East and Northeast India between April 10. Along with this, a hailstorm is also expected on April 9.

A warning has been issued for light to moderate rain in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan on 9th and 10th April. An alert has been issued for sporadic to moderate rain in Muzaffarabad. Thunderstorms and lightning can also be seen here.

Heat havoc in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, till April 10, hot winds in many parts of Gujarat can make life difficult for people. A severe heat wave may occur in many parts of Saurashtra and Kutch until April 7. There is a possibility of hot weather in Rajasthan till April 10. There can be a severe heat wave from 7th to 9th April.

There is a possibility of a heat wave in Himachal Pradesh till April 7, and in Haryana and Chandigarh till April 10. Hot winds are expected to blow in Punjab from April 7 to 10, Delhi from April 7 to 8, and West Uttar Pradesh from April 7 to 9. Hot winds are expected in Madhya Pradesh from April 8 to April 10.
