Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan shared this important information in the Lok Sabha. He informed that the government will soon link all those eligible farmers to PM Kisan Samman Nidhi who have not yet been able to become a part of this scheme due to various reasons. How to apply for PM Kisan Yojana

If you have not yet registered yourself for PM Kisan Yojana, you can do so from April 15. The registration process has been simplified so that more and more eligible farmers can take advantage of it. To register, follow the steps given below carefully:

First of all go to the official website of PM Kisan Yojana: pmkisan.gov.in

On the homepage of the website you will see the option of ‘Farmers Corner’, click on it.

In ‘Farmers Corner’ you will find the option of ‘New Farmer Registration’, select it.

Now you will be asked to enter your mobile number and Aadhaar number. Fill these correctly.

After this, an OTP (one-time password) will come on your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP in the given space.

Now an application form will open in front of you, in which you have to fill in your personal information like name, address, date of birth, etc.

Finally, after filling in all the required information and uploading the documents, submit the form. Save a copy of the application for future reference.

Why the installment of PM Kisan Yojana has not come

It has been observed that many farmers who are registered under PM Kisan Yojana have not yet received the installment money. There can be many possible reasons for this, which are necessary to check and fix so that you can get the benefit of the scheme. Some common reasons are as follows:

When was the first installment released

The first installment of PM Kisan Yojana was released exactly 6 years ago today, in 2019. The first benefit of this scheme was received by the farmers of Bhagalpur, Bihar. At that time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had simultaneously transferred an amount of more than ₹ 22 thousand crores directly to the accounts of 9.08 crore farmers. This scheme has proved to be an important step towards providing financial assistance to the farmers.
