While talking to the media, Neena Gupta, who played the character of ‘Manjori Devi’ in the Panchayat series, told that the actress was not happy during the shooting of ‘Panchayat 3’.
Panchayat 3 was shot in scorching heat
While talking to ‘Mirchi Plus’, Neena Gupta said, “I am happiest when I am working. If the work is good, then I do not worry about sand or 47 degree temperature. But when we When we shot ‘Panchayat 3’, we had to shoot in the scorching heat due to date issues. We used to keep wet cloth on our faces and neck during the shoot.”
Neena Gupta further said that “No matter how many shots are made, when you are getting ready for the shot, it takes some time for the shot to be ready before the sound and action.”
Neena Gupta told that during a shot she was standing in the bright sun and the director had said ‘sound, action’. The umbrellas had been removed, but it was taking some time to get shot ready and they were burning in the sun. Neena Gupta complained to herself, “What is this?”
But then she realized, “This is very important in life, you can’t run away from it, you have to give it a shot.” She accepted it and as soon as she did, she was cured.
