Haryana Teacher Requirement: The recruitment process of teachers in government schools in Haryana is going to start. There are a total of 14,295 government schools in the state, and Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda said that the necessary documents have been sent to the concerned commissions and corporations for the recruitment of 1456 posts of PRT in Mewat cadre and 3427 posts of TGT for various subjects. With this step, an attempt is being made to overcome the shortage of teachers in the state.

Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda said that the demand letter has already been sent to the Haryana Staff Selection Commission to fill 1456 vacant posts of PRT in Mewat cadre. Indent has been sent to Haryana Skill Employment Corporation to fill 3427 posts of TGT (various subjects). The shortage of teachers will be removed soon.
The process for recruitment of teachers in government schools in Haryana can be as follows:
1. Announcement and notification of posts:
First of all, the official notification for various posts will be released by Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) and Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HSRDC). It will contain all the necessary details for recruitment like number of posts, educational qualifications, age limit, last date of application, etc.
2. Application process:
Candidates have to apply online or offline in the prescribed format, as will be mentioned in the notification.
After filling the application form, candidates have to pay the application fee (if any) and upload copies of required documents.
3. Qualification and Examination:
Under the selection process, candidates will be selected on the basis of their educational qualification, exam result, and other parameters.
If there is an exam, it will generally be based on a written exam, interview, and document verification.
4. Interview and Document Verification:
After the written exam, the shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview and document verification. In this, their educational certificates, identity card, residence certificate, and other required documents will be checked.
5. Selection and Appointment:
After the interview and document verification, the final selection list will be released. The selected candidates will be appointed in the respective schools.
After appointment, the selected teachers will have to work as per the pay scale and other facilities decided by the state government.
