Step-by-Step Recipe
Step 1: Make Besan Badi

In a bowl, mix besan, ghee, ginger-chili paste, spices, and ajwain.

Rub with hands, sprinkle water, and form a stiff dough.

Step 2: Shallow Fry Badi
