Premanand Maharaj Ashram: There is currently a significant uproar surrounding Saint Premanand Maharaj’s ‘Hit Radha Keli Kunj’ ashram, a spiritual hub for millions of people worldwide. New claims are emerging daily following the mysterious death of Rasik Dulari, a disciple of Saint Premanand Maharaj.
Dinesh Sharma, ‘Falahari Maharaj’, President of the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Nyas, has written a letter to CM Yogi Adityanath, claiming that a specific group invited Virat Kohli to the ashram after paying him ₹5 crore. The explicit aim was to boost the ashram’s popularity. A conspiracy is reportedly unfolding at the ashram over the recovery of this very sum.
Where did the claim of ₹5 crore originate?
According to Falahari Maharaj’s letter, individuals associated with a private company in Rajasthan had offered ₹5 crore to Virat Kohli to promote Premanand Maharaj. The letter also levels allegations regarding the people associated with the ashram and its assets. However, no concrete evidence has surfaced so far to prove that Virat Kohli was actually paid ₹5 crore.
Did Virat Kohli actually meet Premanand Maharaj?
It is worth noting that in January 2023, Virat Kohli and his wife, Anushka Sharma, visited Premanand Maharaj; they were accompanied by their daughter, Vamika. During that visit, the couple met Premanand Maharaj and sought his blessings. Photos and videos of the meeting also surfaced. Subsequently, the cricketer and his wife met Maharaj-ji on several occasions. They visited the ashram again in January 2025; after retiring from Test cricket, the couple travelled to Vrindavan to meet Premanand Maharaj.
Did Virat actually receive ₹5 crore?
This matter has received considerable attention following the mysterious death of Rasik Dulari, a disciple of Saint Premanand Maharaj. However, there has been no confirmation regarding the payment of ₹5 crore. No bank transactions, payment receipts, or company records have surfaced to substantiate the claim that Virat Kohli was paid ₹5 crore to visit the ashram.
Furthermore, there has been no confirmation of such a payment from Virat Kohli himself. Under these circumstances, it is incorrect to assert that Virat Kohli was invited to the ashram in exchange for a payment of ₹5 crore; the allegation remains merely a claim.
