On the other hand, light to moderate rains are continuing in Uttar Pradesh, and rainfall is also occurring in many states of North and South India. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding rain in many districts of UP.

Light to moderate rainfall is expected in many districts of western Uttar Pradesh on August 21.

According to the IMD, heavy rains are expected in eastern Uttar Pradesh from the 22nd to the 25th.
