When 'Mamaearth' brought its IPO (Initial Public Offering) in the year 2023, it was revealed that Shilpa had invested Rs 6.7 crore in this company in 2018. And in return she got 16 lakh shares.
Shares worth crores even in 2024!
According to a report by 'Mint', the value of Shilpa's investment in 2023 had increased to more than Rs 39 crore! And in 2024, news came that Shilpa still has 2.3 lakh shares of the company.
Shares sold for more than 45 crores!
When the company went public in 2023, Shilpa sold shares worth about Rs 45.13 crore. She says, "I only support brands that I trust." Isn't that great!
Shilpa still has a stake in the company
On April 17, 2025, the price of one share of Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of 'Mamaearth', was Rs 236. According to this, Shilpa's current investment is about Rs 5.42 crore.
Will never advertise pan masala!
