Realme GT 9 series phones may have two 200MP Cameras. Details revealed

Realme GT 9 series: Last year, the Realme GT 8 Pro and Realme GT 8 with triple rear camera sets were released. Details about the purported next-generation Realme GT 9 series has now surfaced.

With triple rear camera setups, Snapdragon chipsets, and 7,000mAh batteries, the Realme GT 8 Pro and Realme GT 8 were introduced last year. Online rumors regarding the upcoming Realme GT 9 series have now started to circulate. The future series may have 200-megapixel rear cameras, per to a new leak. Compared to the present models, this would be a major improvement. The vanilla Realme GT 9 and Realme GT 9 Pro versions can be part of the Realme GT 9 series, just like the Realme GT 8 series.

Potential Realme GT 9 Series Specifications

The Realme GT 9 series will have two 200-megapixel back camera sensors, according to Chinese tipster Smart Pikachu. The tipster stated in a Weibo post that the current strategy is aiming for a double 200 million target, with a stronger focus on co-branded films, implying that both models might have improved back cameras over the current versions.

This means that the Realme GT 8 Pro may have two 200-megapixel sensors, whereas the Realme GT 9 will only have one.

Instead of a 200-megapixel sensor, the current Realme GT 8 has three cameras: an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor, and a 50-megapixel primary camera with a 24mm focal length. A 16-megapixel selfie camera is also featured.

The Realme GT 8 Pro, on the other hand, has a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with a digital zoom of up to 120x. A 50-megapixel Ricoh GR anti-glare primary camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens are also part of the camera setup. A 32-megapixel front-facing camera is another feature.

Later this year, two 200-megapixel rear cameras may become popular in the Android smartphone market. A 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 primary rear camera and a 200-megapixel HP5 periscope sensor are said to be included in the Oppo Find X9s. As per reports, the Xiaomi 18 Pro, Vivo X300 Ultra, and Oppo Find X10 Pro all have two 200-megapixel rear cameras.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset powers the Realme GT 8 Pro, which can be charged via wired 120W. 100W fast charging is supported by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which powers the Realme GT 8. Both phones have IP66 + IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance ratings and a 7,000mAh battery.
