  • 01 kg chicken
  • 01 cup curd
  • Finely chopped onion
  • 01 finely chopped tomato
  • 02 teaspoons ghee
  • 01 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 01 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 01 teaspoon garam masala
  • 03 to 04 saffron
  • Green coriander
  • 08 to 10 cardamom
  • 4 to 5 cloves
  • 01 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 01 teaspoon chili powder
  • 01 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt according to taste

Method To Make Mughlai Chicken Korma:

To make Mughlai Chicken Korma, first of all put ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, add cardamom, cloves and garlic to it. It smells very good. Now add chicken to it and fry it on medium flame for about 3 minutes. Keep in mind that the gas flame should not be too high. Fry the chicken till it turns golden.

Finally, add all the ground spices, curd and ginger-garlic paste and fry for about 2 to 3 minutes. When it is fried, add the fried onion and mix well. Now add garam masala and saffron and mix and cook on low flame for about three to four minutes.

When the chicken becomes soft and the gravy becomes thick, turn off the gas and add finely chopped coriander and one spoon of ghee and mix well.
