What is the scheme

This scheme has been launched by the Chief Minister of Jharkhand state, Shri Hemant Soren ji, with the aim of helping the unemployed youth of the state to start their own business. All the unemployed people of rural and urban areas of the state will get the benefit of this scheme. Through this scheme, the government is giving loans up to Rs 25 lakh to the citizens to start self-employment. If the beneficiary takes a loan of up to Rs 50,000 to start his business, he will not need any guarantee for it.

Apart from this, subsidy of up to 40% or Rs 5 lakh will also be given by the government under the Chief Minister Employment Creation Scheme. The benefit of this scheme will be available only to the women of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Class, Divyangjan and Sakhi Mandal of the state. Under this scheme, the government will also provide the facility of taking vehicles to the beneficiaries.

• The age of the citizen applying under this scheme should be between 18 to 45 years.
• To avail this scheme, the annual income of the beneficiary’s family should be less than Rs 5 lakh.
