It is also advisable to follow a light and satvik diet and drink enough water. Temperatures can be recorded above 42 degrees Celsius in many districts of Rajasthan. However, the arrival of the monsoon may be delayed, and many parts will have to wait for a long time for rain.

The temperature is likely to increase significantly in some districts of Rajasthan. On Sunday, i.e. today, the maximum temperature in Jaipur is expected to reach 42 degrees Celsius. It is expected to reach 41 degrees Celsius in Udaipur, 43 degrees Celsius in Kota and 41 degrees Celsius in Ajmer. During this time, it is likely that there will be adverse health effects due to the heat wave and hot winds.

According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon has entered many states of the country. The IMD has stated that the monsoon has reached Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Goa, and Maharashtra.
